2012 Alberta Horse Trials Association Eventing Clinics

The AHTA offers a variety of Eventing Clinics throughout the year at a variety of levels and disciplines. Some clinics are held before events and sponsored by the Eventing Committees; other clinics run in conjunction with the High Performance Program. Occasionally we offer introductory clinics to help those interested in getting started in eventing, and to also attract new participants.

Clinic information (dates, location, costs, and registration) will be posted on the AHTA website and sent out via the Friday Newsbites Email. Registration and release forms are available on the website. Each rider is required to submit a completed form along with funds to hold any spot in a clinic. Please ensure the completion of the form with all membership numbers and information requested are received by the contact person.

April 6, 7, 8, 2012 - Dale Irwin, (Easter Weekend) Edmonton Area
Dale Irwin Dressage and Jumping Clinic
A Level III Dressage Coach and a Level III 3 Day Eventing Coach
Location; Sandridge Stables, Sherwood Park, Alberta

Cost: $200.00 for members, $230.00 for non-members
Requirements:

Limited Stabling available. Stabling fees TBA, (payable directly to Sandridge)

May 26, 2012 - Alhambra Clinic
Clinician: Billi Solverson, Barry Tyerman. This clinic will be the day before the Alhambra Derby - a nice start to the season!

June 16-17, 2012 - Alhambra AHTA Eventing Clinics
Come  register - in a fun and educational Eventing Clinic -  all levels  and interests
Location:  ALHAMBRA STABLES, RED DEER
Clinician: Sandra Donnelly, Level 2 eventing instructor and competitor. Eventing competition experience through to the 4 star level. Member of Canadian Eventing Team at 2007 Pan Am Games and 2008 Olympics
Cost: TBA

Clinician:   Noel Clark, long listed for the Canadian eventing team in 2006, 2007, and 2008 and have competed through the CIC*** (Advanced) division
